You have use of the space from the beginning to the end of your selected reservation time. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before so we can show you around and get you settled in.

Your phone or camera and yourself! We recommend leaving any bulky items inside your car if you're not renting a locker.

Yes! There is no additional charge for use of your own professional camera.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash.

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Please finish all food and drinks before heading inside.

We are a content creation space where creatives and the public can take pictures and videos using our professional settings, props, and lights.

Yes! If you choose to bring your own professional photographer we only require that each person in your party purchases their own ticket.

Yes. We offer changing spaces for privacy. Changing outfits does not extend your reservation time. If you have several outfit changes, we recommend purchasing a DeLUXE ticket, which includes an extra 30 minutes to change outfits and do hair/makeup touchups.

We recommend purchasing your tickets online before heading over to see us. Tickets can be purchased at the door but are subject to availability.

Absolutely! Please email us to inquire about booking the entire space for your event.

For Showroom tickets:

• Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a credit to their account for the reservation amount.

• No-shows will not receive credit and their reservation will be considered forfeit.

For Events:

• Initial deposit that is due at the time of booking is non-refundable.

• Event may be cancelled any time up to 30 days prior to the Event Date at no additional costs by providing written notice, but you will forfeit the initial non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your event between 29 and 8 days prior to the Event Date, you will be charged 50% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred in good faith by VENUE in preparation for your event. For cancellations 7 days prior to the event date, you will be charged 100% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred by the venue.

Street Parking:

Available on West Pennsylvania Avenue and York Road.

Public Parking Garage:

Located on the left side of West Pennsylvania Avenue for Towson Commons and LA Fitness.

THE ONLY ENTRANCE FROM THE PARKING GARAGE INTO TOWSON COMMONS

• Once parked, take the garage elevator closest to the building to level 3 where it says "Towson Commons Bridge".

• Then walk directly into the top level of Towson Commons and take the escalators down to the bottom floor.
